Pilates mat class is a low impact workout that is gentle on the joints and helps to develop strength, flexibility, and balance without putting stress on the body, making it an ideal workout for those who suffer from joint pain or injuries. Pilates also promotes mindfulness and body awareness which can greatly reduce stress. This class is for those who have completed a basic class. Please bring your own mat.
