Develop strength, flexibility, and balance with this low impact workout.

Pilates mat class is a low impact workout that is gentle on the joints and helps to develop strength, flexibility, and balance without putting stress on the body, making it an ideal workout for those who suffer from joint pain or injuries. Pilates also promotes mindfulness and body awareness which can greatly reduce stress. All are welcome. Please bring your own mat.
