Are you tired of trying hard to be happy and victorious? 

This small group gives practical strategies to live out Romans 12:2, which says to be transformed by the renewing of the mind. Our goal would be not only be to eliminate negative emotions but to build a tidal wave of ‘Victorious Emotions’.

Be prepared to commit to daily effort  and have a willingness to truly dive into these practices. 

We have experienced how our own peace, trust and hope in Jesus has deepened as we’ve done these exercises and we are excited for you to experience the same! 

This is a group study for men.
