The Gospel of Gospel of Mark introduces us to Jesus as a man in motion who is teaching, healing, calling, and confronting darkness with urgency and authority. Mark uses the word “immediately” (Greek: euthys 9x in chapter 1 and 40x in the Gospel) to show the urgency of His life and mission.
